A few years ago, when I was walking in Paris with some white pointed derbies studded with golden stars, people were looking at me weirdly… I can assure you that this era is totally over! The shoe industry completely let go over the years, as in the 70’s when women wore extravagant platform shoes (including my very chic mother!). After some hysterical years for the height and the curve (thanks to Louboutin, Zanotti and others Rossi!), it is now with flat shoes that ladies have fun! The Chanel woman wears a pink rounded derby, full of glitters and paste. Yummy, I can it that !
