I had the chance to attent for the first time the accessorizing of the show. What is that?! The day before the show, we call together the models, we do the hair and makeup, we dress them, so that Karl and his team (The Studio, the holy of holies at Chanel) can precisely choose the outfit, the jewels, the bags. And make some changes if necessary… It’s a very quiet moment compared to the backstage craziness, where we can have a feeling on the collection and smell the spirit of the show. The day after, I sneaked backstage, to the beauty room, where hair and makeup are done — and I particularly loved them on this show. The golden touch and the cat eyes were just perfect, and so were the giant disco-medieval crazy wigs!
