Created by Frank Zappa in 1968 in Los Angeles, Miss Lucy, Miss Sandra, Miss Sparky, Miss Christine and Miss Pamela represent the quintessence of the ultimate groupie. They released an album in 1969, Permanent Damage, where they sang all together and told their first love stories. GTO’s member, Pamela Des Barres, author of the best seller I’m With The Band, tells her crazy years and her confessions with humor in this cult book today, making her one of the pioneers of sexual liberation.
